We are looking for an experienced and highly analytical Quality Assurance Manager to lead the quality systems of our food manufacturing partners in the Netherlands. The QA Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring food safety and quality control protocols in compliance with Dutch and international standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, regulatory, and technical expertise to ensure the highest standards in product quality, hygiene, and operational efficiency.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in quality assurance within the food or beverage industry

• Strong knowledge of European food laws and international food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO, BRC, IFS)

• Experience in managing audits, inspections, and certifications

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch is an advantage

• Proficient in QA/QC tools, traceability systems, and quality documentation

• Willing to relocate and work in the Netherlands under a long-term contract

• Valid passport and readiness for work visa processing
