We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Building Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting buildings, identifying structural issues, advising on property maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to various construction and renovation projects. You will work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and legal authorities to ensure that all projects meet safety, legal, and environmental standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, CIOB, or local equivalent) is highly preferred.

• Proven experience in building surveying, construction, or property inspection.

• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and health & safety standards.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in CAD software, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant survey tools.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various sites.
