Caregivers for Japan

We are urgently hiring passionate and dedicated Caregivers to work in Japan’s healthcare and elderly care facilities. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing day-to-day assistance and emotional support to elderly patients in need of compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist elderly clients with bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene

• Support mobility, transfer, and positioning of clients

• Monitor and document patients’ health and report any changes

• Assist with recreational and therapeutic activities

• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping

• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and family members

• Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment

Minimum Requirements:

• JLPT N4 or higher (basic conversational Japanese required)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Physically fit and emotionally resilient

• With a valid passport and willingness to process a working visa

• Willing to work in a caregiving facility or nursing home

• Empathetic, responsible, and patient

Preferred:

• With caregiving training or NCII Caregiving Certificate

• JLPT N3 or higher

• Prior experience in caregiving, nursing, or healthcare is an advantage

• Willingness to undergo Japanese language and skills training
