Building Surveyor

We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Surveyors to join our partner companies in the Netherlands. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting precise measurements and assessments of land and construction sites to support engineering, design, and infrastructure development. The role involves fieldwork using modern surveying instruments, data analysis, and collaboration with engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance with local standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Land or Construction Surveyor

• Proficient in using surveying instruments (e.g., total station, GPS, GNSS, theodolite)

• Experience with CAD and GIS software is an advantage

• Good command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of Dutch is a plus

• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Valid passport and willingness to undergo work visa processing

• Willingness to relocate and work in the Netherlands under a long-term employment contract
