Mechanical Engineer

We are hiring Mechanical Engineers to join leading Japanese companies in automotive, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. You will be involved in designing, testing, and supervising the production of machines, tools, and mechanical systems used in world-class industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, analyze, and test mechanical systems and equipment

• Oversee machine installation, operation, and maintenance

• Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot mechanical failures

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (electrical, structural, etc.)

• Prepare engineering reports, proposals, and technical documentation

• Ensure compliance with Japanese safety and manufacturing standards

• Utilize CAD, CAM, and simulation software

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• PRC-licensed Mechanical Engineer

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in mechanical design or manufacturing

• JLPT N4 or higher (or willingness to undergo Japanese language training)

• Knowledgeable in CAD software and machine systems

• Valid passport and ready to relocate

Preferred:

• JLPT N3 or above

• Work experience in automotive, robotics, or plant maintenance

• Familiarity with ISO, Kaizen, or Six Sigma principles

• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills
